About Guerrilla War
Guerrilla War is an arcade and shooter game developed by Micronics and published by SNK, released on 26 December 1988.
It is a 2D top-down shooter taking place on an unnamed Caribbean island which shape reminds of Cuba. There are two heroes fighting against enemies in various environments (jungle, city, marsh, bridge, etc.) and their goal is to dethrone an evil dictator. It is a port of an Arcade game in which the island was Cuba indeed while the two heroes were Fidel Castro and Che Guevara. The evil dictator was Fulgencio Batista.
