The rare few the whole community crowns: near-universal acclaim, the games people still talk about years later.
Your games.
Your people.
Join a community that plays, rates and debates: share your takes, rank everything from F to S and find the players who get your taste.
From backlog to S-tier in three steps
-
Track every game you play
Log what you are playing, what you beat and what you set aside: to play, playing, played, abandoned. Your journal becomes the profile other players come to visit.
-
Rate it from F to S
Score every game out of 10. The community average turns that score into a grade from F to S, so no single voice ever crowns a masterpiece on its own.
-
Find your people
Write reviews, curate lists and follow the players who share your taste. Your feed fills up with the ratings and takes worth reading.
Six grades, one community
Every game is rated out of 10. Here is how those scores become the tier the whole community gives it, from a crowned S down to a hard F.
Outstanding games you recommend without a second thought. Not quite legendary, but very close.
Solid, memorable picks that earn their slot in your backlog and spark a good debate.
Divisive. Some players love it, others bounce off fast: this is where the reviews decide.
Misses more than it lands. Go in with low expectations, or skip it for something better.
The community hard pass, and often the home of the funniest, most ruthless reviews.

Frequently asked questions
What is Tier?
Tier is the social network for video game players: you build a gamer profile, log and rate the games you play, write reviews, share tier lists and follow other players' activity in your feed.
How does the F to S rating scale work?
Every game is rated out of 10, and the score maps to a grade: S for a masterpiece (9/10 or higher), F for a score below 3/10, with A, B, C and D in between. The grade shown on a game page reflects the average of the community's ratings.
Is Tier free?
Yes. The Tier app is free on iOS and Android, and the website lets you freely browse the catalog, the reviews and the community's lists.
How do lists work on Tier?
A list gathers games that belong together: top 20 of your life, must-plays, hidden gems. Once published, other players comment it and vote the tier your curation deserves, from F to S.
Can I follow other players?
Yes. You can follow any player with a public profile, browse their journal, reviews and lists, and find all their activity in your feed.
The full experience lives in the app
Log a game the second the credits roll, get notified when your people post, and share your grades as stories. Free on iOS and Android.
