How this is measured
Source: the public journals of Tier players whose profile is public. Private and followers-only journals and profiles are never counted, and neither are games hidden from the catalog.
A game counts in the year of its finish date, else of its start date, else of the day it was logged. A journal holds a single entry per game, so every player counts once per game.
Best rated: the mean of the players' ratings out of 10, only for games rated by at least 5 players in the year. The letter uses the Tier scale: S from 9, A from 8, B from 6.5, C from 5, D from 3, F below.
Most abandoned: computed on 52 abandoned entries, above the floor of 50, and limited to games dropped by at least 2 players.
