Atelier Ayesha: The Alchemist of Dusk is een avontuur en Rollenspel (RPG)-game ontwikkeld en uitgegeven door Gust, verschenen op 28 juni 2012.

The promise begins. The first entry in the Atelier "Dusk" series. Ayesha goes on a journey to find her missing sister. Learn the truth behind alchemy and the glowing flowers in the land of Dusk within 3 in-game years. This entry introduces an order-sensitive Synthesis system where players can expect to constantly recheck the steps until they reach a satisfactory predicted result, as well as a positional Turn-based Battle system where players can use "AC Support" depending on party members' position in combat.

Ayesha Altugle is a young herbalist who runs a modest workshop, quietly carrying on after the loss of her grandfather and the mysterious disappearance of her younger sister, Nio. When she glimpses an apparition of Nio near her supposed grave, Ayesha becomes convinced her sister is still alive somewhere. A chance meeting with a wandering alchemist reveals that mastering the nearly forgotten art of alchemy may be the only way to bring Nio back, and that she has just a few short years to succeed before the chance is lost for good.
