Sur Tier, chaque joueur note un jeu sur 10, et cette note est traduite en grade façon tier list : S pour les chefs-d'œuvre (9 et plus), A pour les excellents jeux (8+), B pour les très bons (6,5+), C pour les expériences mitigées (5+), D pour les déceptions (3+) et F pour les ratés. Le grade donne le verdict d'un coup d'œil, la note sur 10 apporte la nuance. Une critique peut aussi se passer de note et ne livrer qu'un texte.
