What Grouvee does better
Grouvee has been running for years, and that is not a detail. Its users have shelves they built a long time ago and that still look the same, which is exactly what you want from a ledger and exactly what a fast moving product cannot promise. The shelf metaphor is also the closest thing here to Goodreads, so if that is the habit you are porting over, nothing else on this page feels as familiar.
