The White Rabbit summons Alice to aid a radically altered Wonderland, which became a twisted version of itself as it came under the horrible rule of the Queen of Hearts. The Cheshire Cat serves as Alice's companion throughout the game, frequently appearing to guide her with cryptic comments.

Together they must out-sneak, out-blast and out-think their enemies as they attempt to reclaim the Earth from a vile alien menace. All three characters - Kurt, Doctor Hawkins and Max are playable, each has his own levels, powers and items and a completely different gameplay focus. Kurt is about stealth and sniping, the Doctor has a few direct attacks but also has the ability to create items and effects out of simple household objects, while Max is a cigar smoking, quad gun toting demolition squad of a dog.

The Western release of Jet Set Radio, titled Jet Grind Radio in North America due to a trademark dispute, expands the game from its original Japanese release, featuring two new characters and a whole new story chapter set in Grind City. The game would also add new music tracks to the North American and European versions of the game that were thought to appeal to each regions taste, including songs by Jurassic 5, Mix Master Mike, Rob Zombie (North America only) and O.B. One (Europe only), among others. This version would later get its own release in Japan featuring all the new content and bug fixes along with the new licensed music from the European release, as De La Jet Set Radio.

Mega Man returns for more wild action in MEGA MAN X5. This time around, terrorists have attacked an asteroid colony and turned off its artificial gravity. Now, it is up to Mega Man and his friend Zero to defeat the terrorists, turn the gravity on, and keep the colony from crashing into the Earth. The gameplay is what fans of the series have come to expect: Mega Man must use his blasters and bombs to make his way through eight levels of running, jumping, and shooting action. If you decide to play as Zero, you will have to use a plasma sword and some cunning to get through the same levels. In either case, the characters will have to face tough bosses that have unique abilities. Once a boss is defeated, Mega Man and Zero can utilize the boss's talents. Only Mega Man and Zero can save the colony and the Earth in MEGA MAN X5.
