What Backloggd does better
Backloggd got there first and it shows. Its community is much larger than ours, so a typical game page already carries a deep wall of ratings and reviews while plenty of Tier pages are still thin. Popularity charts built on that volume are simply more meaningful than ours today.
Its five star scale is also the one most people already know from Letterboxd, and the interface is deliberately dense: a power user can log a dozen games in one sitting without thinking about it. If you have years of history there, moving it is real work, and that friction is a perfectly good reason to stay.
